We will confirm the day we receive your request. If you’re ready to submit a Request for Proposal, please note the following:
- Make sure all contact information is clear. We’ll need an email address and a contact phone number to verify receiving your RFP and to answer any questions we may have.
- The RFP should specify the project scope and deliverables as clearly as possible. This is a game of managed expectations, and clarity is important. Any questions? Just call us!
- List all dates involved with the project. Submission deadlines, project start, length of project, etc.
- List specific technologies, languages, skills or other requirements your project has.
